Taking a page out of the Griffin’s Guardians’ playbook, Pat LaPage and 911 Restoration of Central New York has decided to “get in the game” to assist the organization in their goal to kick cancer where it hurts. That’s right — our boys in blue and orange from Syracuse have teamed up with the black-and-red uniformed Griffin’s Guardians soccer team to raise awareness, and funds, for pediatric cancer.
The Fresh Start Company is no stranger to supporting important cancer research and causes. Back in “Movember,” our company headquarters promoted a contest called “Stache for Cash” that raised awareness for prostate cancer. More importantly, we raised over $500 for the Movember Foundation.
Since then, our organization as a whole has been working overtime to figure out more ways to get involved with this extremely important cause. Helping Griffin’s Guardians is just one of the ways we hope to kick cancer, but we’re always thinking outside the penalty box for new ways to make a difference.
